Advice on Allowances?

Hi All
Am attempting to build a budget to present to the OR in preparation for going bankrupt at the end of the month. Is their a reliable source of allowances for living expenses. I've downloaded the spreadsheet from the insolvency service website which is vague putting it mildly!
I am not out to max out the allowances but also don't want to put too little down either and end up in the situation where I am denying myself and family essential items. This is happening too much as it stands right now.
Thanks in advance

Don't worry it'll all work out in the end

As a quick aside I've found the following site: https://bankruptcyexpert.co.uk/how-to-go-bankrupt/bankruptcy-living-expenses-guide
But I am unsure how accurate the figures are.Don't worry it'll all work out in the end

The application now uses the figures from the Standard Financial Statement, which are top secret.
They cover: food & housekeeping; communications and leisure; personal costs
If you tell me how many adults/kids under 16/kids 16-18 and what figures you have for those sections I'll tell you how you are doing.

Thanks for the reply. I'll get my figures up tomorrow evening as am about to go to bed. Too many late nights worrying about money and a chronic illness causing fatigue takes its toll out of you.Don't worry it'll all work out in the end
