So, I'm really uncreative when it comes to meals.
When I meal plan for the week in my online food shop, it works out more expensive which seems to be the opposite of everyone else who plans for the week. This week its £50 for me!
Also, I'm vegetarian.
I have a list of things in my cupboard, and I'd love it if you could all help me, by taking these things and giving me some meal ideas around them:
I do an online morrisons shop if it helps.
Rice 600g
Spaghetti 200g
Pasta shells 250g
Cornflakes 400g
Oats 1kg
Noodles x1 package
Curry sauce 500ml jar
Chopped tomatoes x2 tinned
Honey 1 jar
Curry powder 1/2 tub
Flaxseeds 3/4 bag
Pumpkin seeds 3tbsp
Sesame seeds 2tbsp
4 seed mix 2tbsp
I'd be really grateful for any ideas.

The only sense you'll get out of me is a honey and seed flapjack! But then I have a one track (dessert-centric) mind.

Assuming you have veg somewhere:
Curry and rice, throw any veg you have into the curry.
Pasta and sauce, throw onions, carrots, peas etc into a tin of toms.
Flapjack with the seeds, oats and honey.

I'm really surprised you don't have any beans or lentils in your cupboard. I use these for protein (and I'm not even vegetarian), just like to cook veggie sometimes as it's much cheaper than meat.
I use dried beans as they are much more economical. I cook a load at a time and then freeze in meal sized portions.
I'm sure adding some of these to your shop you'll be able to make more nourishing meals.0
