Assest Collections??

My suspicion is they did this so they could relaunch court action on all the struck out cases brought in the name of asset collections, (of which there are many, as they never turn up in court) in the hope the court would not realise, and claim it was all legit.
That would be interesting as they would have to explain something more than a name change. Would love to be a fly on the wall when they are summoned to explain their second attempt at a case that has been dispensed with.Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.

Letter sent yesterday! will update if/when i heard anything. Thank you all for your help0

Morning all, I sent the letter on the 26th November recorded signed for as people said. no updates on the tracking. After speaking to my mum she said they probably have refused it but may not update it and may not get the letter back. I've kept everything as proof even printing off the tracking info.
Should we just sit back and see if we hear anything else?0 -
Mail to these companies is sent in bulk, so you won’t get it signed for.
They will most likely have it, so the ball is in their court.

Just for interest, could you give the full company name, the company number and any FCA number (usually FRN ....) so we can see who they really are - and who is behind them.
The company, Asset Collections (Co No 06717898 Link) was dissolved in 2014 but they are also in court today in about 5 places. So it would be useful to know if this is NewCo or OldCo or something else.Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.
