Full & Final Settlement Rejection Help

Hi,

I have made offers to all 4 of my creditors, one I am hopeful on, the other 2 I’m waiting for a response and the final one have rejected my offer and counter offered. However, their counter offer is unfortunately way out of my reach.

Where do I go from here with my response?

You make a counter offer or you just continue paying.

You've not said anything about your circumstances, or whether a DMP, IVA, bankruptcy are on the horizon.

Unfortunately, none of the options you have mentioned are viable.

All of my loans are in default and I haven’t made any payments in 6+ months. The particular loan I am referring to is now with a 3rd party.

I wasn’t sure whether to go back with my original offer or is a slight increase better?

Maybe get in contact with a debt charity, step change or others and see if a DMP or IVA are a good pay to start to tackle the debts.
