How long does it take?

We are remortgaging to Nat West. They keep coming back to us for more information The last documents we sent were quotations for home improvements as we have asked to borrow £100k +£34k to build extension to kitchen dining room.

    About 2-3 working days to assess applications or additional paperwork.
    Less than a week for the valuation to be carried out.

    Most applications go to offer in less than 2 weeks, but in your case it may be a little longer if they want additional information.

    It took us 2 weeks and 2 days to get our offer from NatWest, although about 3 days of this was waiting for paperwork from the developer we are buying from.
