Gift card refused.

I am currently trying to purchase a product from Curry’s PC World using a valid gift card as part payment. After this is applied I get a message saying ‘sorry but we can’t currently accept gift cards or e-gift cards’. Has anyone else come across this problem?

Check the expiry date on the gift card. If that is ok, check the T&C's on the back of the card to see what it says. If the company is going into administration then gift cards may well not be accepted, if none of those situations apply then you need to get whomever bought the gift card to speak to their customer services to resolve (as they were the customer of the gift card), or you if you bought it. Might be you have to buy the item from the store not online.

I would suggest that the message indicates that this is possibly/probably a temporary situation.....

... and you can always double check the value & validity of your card here
