Yes, I noticed that.

I just used my e-mail address with REMOVEME in the middle. If they use this automatically, it just won't get anywhere. If they do remove this manually, and it then gets through the mail filters at both my domain host and ISP, I will just unsubscribe.

help the aged are a charity.
could i respectfully request that anyone who orders one actually hands it over to an elderly person.
this is something i feel strongly about (the way we treat the elderly)

Very valid point. The numbers of thermometers they have is limited and after all they are to make sure the elderly are properly warm so lets not treat it like a general freebie.
