Not unless you like your pasta completely mushy
Slow cookers are best for tough things like cheap cuts of meat or beans.

Agreed.
Pasta bake is a bit more instant than an 8 hour slow cook.
Boil pasta until almost cooked and drain.
Prepare sauce, either tomato or creamy with some veg (peas, squash, onion, anything really) and some protein if desired (bacon, salmon, ham, tuna). Fry chosen lumpy bits in pan and add tin toms or cream and boil a bit to reduce if a bit watery.
Combine pasta and sauce, top with a tomato, breadcrumbs, cheese, all three and bake for 20mins-half hour or so.

You could do a huge batch of bolognaise sauce in the slow cooker and freeze in portions. Then it only takes the time to reheat that and cook pasta (10mins) to have a meal on the table.
Any good?0 -
there was a recipe on here a while ago for a chicken lasagne done in the slocooker - I tried it once and wasnt over impressed but it was certainly edible. I havent done a search for it so no idea if its still about anywhere.Blah0

Yes but you don't have to cook it for 8 hours. If you at home you could put it in for an hour or so.
I say this because I recently moved house and Argos didn't deliver my cooker until two weeks after I moved in. So spent two weeks cooking meals with a SC, microwave and toaster.
I used the SC for things like chops and steak that only took 1.5 hours and heating tinned stuff up.0
