DMP and credit reports

Thanks in advance for any advice.
A bit of background, I entered a DMP with Stepchange at the start of 2016 for around £10k in credit card debts I’d run up as a student. 5 creditors defaulted me in the summer but one, Vanquis, did not. I read around the time that they place a DMP marker on the file and some people advocated not paying anything until the account is defaulted. I guess I was just happy to be in an agreement with them so I continued to pay and the account never defaulted. My DMP finished in July this year and I now have no debts.
I’m now living with my wife, in a 2 bed house she bought just around the time we met. We are hoping to upsize in around 3-5 years as we will be hopefully starting a family soon.
My defaults will fall off in 3 years. My question is how is this Vanquis account going to hold me back. My Experian and Equifax reports show it as being paid satisfactorily even when I was in the DMP. However, my Transunion file shows me as being in a DMP until it was paid this year. Does this mean if I use a creditor who doesn’t use Transunion they won’t see the fact I was in a DMP? Furthermore if they do see I was in a DMP is this going to make it very hard to get a mortgage for a further 6 years?
Thanks again.
