    Yeah I'd contact haras. To paraphrase Bruce Lee

    I fear not the broker that has done 2500 different types of mortgages, I fear the broker that has done 1 type of mortgage 2500 times.

    Also, credit for not losing your mind doing that many shared ownerships. Just the thought of it makes me break in to a cold sweat. I don't mind dealing with housing associations every so often, but day in day out sounds very frustrating

    Thanks for the recommendations. Always happy to help anyone who wants to approach me.

    The 2500 has been over 12 years of specialising in shared ownership. 3 housing associations recommend me so can't complain especially as as a company we are a little independent with 4 advisors rather than one of these big tmp or metro call centres.
