No guarantees someone on £10.70 is any happier then someone on £8.21.

I wish they would sort employment contracts before they do anything else.

I know the £10.70'er took over from someone lasting 3 months and last person before that 12 months in role at best.

Well sadly as wage rises kick in, All of a sudden my working hours are cut.
I am far worse off than I have been in the last 5 years.
Company greed at its worst.
The shop I work for has very solid and respectable sales each week but they seem to think that staff can manage off unreliable and constantly cut hours.
I'm sure I'm not the only one in this position.

How many years is many? I worked for the NHS in the laboratories and seem to remember getting a pay rise every year.
