Last time put an order in for a freebie they asked me to prove that I was a business customer. I did so exactly as they asked and never heard from them again. Until the next week when a catalogue arrived. And then again the next week. And the next....

No account opened, can't order anything, can't stop the catalogues despite contacting them.

Freebies are tat and the stuff in the catalogues is seriously overpriced.

I've always found staples very good and not had any problems with them... If you have any problems, they are pretty good on their telephone customer service number 0844 546 7777...

Typically overpriced. Was in IKEA Coventry yesterday and picked up exactly the same chair for £29.99....I wouldnt recommend them very much because the rollers arent very good. However, they are comfortable to sit on.
