    Is there anything that you do like about the workplace e.g. colleagues, environment, perks, commute and finally the money? Is that enough to allow you to stay?



    If your answers to most of the above is Yes then you already know what to do. Drop the stupid working hours ASAP. You are already stressed out and heading for burn out, that isn't a good place to be. Are you a manager with staff etc? Can you delegate? Do you need more able staff?



    All the solutions are in your hands and you need to tell your employers what you need to do this work and if it isn't forthcoming then put your notice in and leave.


    Going back to my first questions if the answer is NO, then no amount of tinkering by your employer is likely to change how you feel.
