I want flowers delivered on a Sunday

Is there a company out there that does it?

    You could try www.flowersdirect.co.uk
  • Thanks, but they don't seem to do it either.

Gap in the market here methinks!

  • I would phone florists local to the recipient (use yell.com etc) and ask them if they do Sunday deliveries.

I would suggest trying local independants too. One might do it as a favour.

  • I tried a few in town but no joy.

"No, we don't open the shop on a Sunday", was the response I got a few times.

Funnily enough I wasn't asking for them to open the shop... just to make up a bunch and deliver. Not difficult.

Surely they would do better offering deliveries on a Sunday rather than opening at quiet times...

How about a supermarket home delivery ? You don't have to have delivery to your home address-it can be to anywhere.
I don't know if say-Tesco have a minimum order but they certainly have Sunday delivery slots and sell nice bunches of flowers.
