Bluestone process

Hi everyone
Sorry for yet another post!
Bluestone app sent in on 5th, looked at on 7th, requested one doc, sent immediately. Valuation instructed an hour later for the next day.
Broker seems to think it's because it's help to buy that they instruct straight away? Could this be the case?
Apparently its been through two of the processes already. Assistant case manager, then case manager, then it will go to underwriter on Monday.
What do the assistant case manager and the case manager actually do? Compared to the underwriter.
