These Competition terms and conditions should be read together with, and are in addition to, Bauer Radio Limited’s standard terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”). Together these specific competition terms and conditions and the General Terms shall be referred to as the “Terms”. Where there is a conflict between these terms and the General Terms, these terms shall prevail.
ITEM 1: COMPETITION NAME
“Magic’s Daily Payday with Nectar” running from the Start Date to the End Date as set out below (the “Competition”).
ITEM 2: PROMOTER
Bauer Radio Limited (trading as “Magic”), registered office: Media House Peterborough Business Park, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, United Kingdom, PE2 6EA and registered under company number 01394141 (the “Promoter”)
This is a Magic competition running across the following stations:
a. Magic Radio

c. Mellow Magic

ITEM 4: COMPETITION START DATE AND END DATE
Start Date: Thursday 7th November 2019 at 6:00am
End Date: Tuesday 24th December 2019 at 7:45am
Entries to the Competition will open on Thursday 7th November 2019 at 6:00am.
As further described below, the Competition consists of daily Rounds (the “Round(s)”), which include multiple Draws (the “Draw(s)”). Entrants will be required to enter during the relevant daily Round in order to be eligible for those Draws.
ITEM 5: Competition Details
The Competition will begin with 100 numbered envelopes (the “Envelopes”). The Envelopes will contain either a pre-determined cash prize or amount of Nectar points (the “Prize”). One of the Envelopes will contain £100,000 cash (the “Top Prize”). The Prize in each Envelope will be determined by a random draw before the Competition begins.
Within one hour, after the close time of each Draw, one Entrant from all of the valid entries will be selected by automated random draw and will be contacted by the phone number provided with their entry. This may be live on air or off-air to be played out at a later time on-air. All Entrants are randomly selected in the same way and any off-air recording will only ever take place after the entries have closed.
If an Entrant fails to answer their phone, refuses to play, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during the call and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the Entrant, they will forfeit their chance to win and another Entrant will be selected at random. The decision of the Production team is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If you are selected, you will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and your call will be recorded and played on-air (assuming there is no breach by you of these terms and conditions).
The Entrant who is randomly selected to play will be asked to select one of the Envelopes to open. The Entrant will win the Prize inside the Envelope they select. This Envelope and the relevant Prize will then be removed from the Competition and is incapable of being won by any future Entrant of the Competition. If a future Entrant selects an Envelope to open that has already been removed due to being won by a previous Entrant, they will be asked to select another Envelope.
As set out above, following the conclusion of the daily Round, a new Round will commence in line with these terms and conditions. For clarity, anyone who entered any of the previous Rounds, must enter again to be in the Draw(s) for the next Round.
The Competition will end when the Top Prize is won.
ITEM 6: DRAW DETAILS
Entry to the first Round will open at 6:00am on Thursday 7th November and close at 16:00pm on Thursday 7th November . Each Round will consist of three Draws at 07:45am, 12:00pm & 16:00pm.
Entrants must enter before the closing time of each Draw in order to be eligible. The closing time of each Draw will be clearly communicated on air by the presenter and within any marketing messages.
Following the close of the first Round, entry to the daily Rounds will open and close as follows:
• Monday: Opens at 16.10pm Friday, closes at 16.00pm Monday
• Tuesday: Opens at 16:10pm Monday, closes at 16:00pm Tuesday
• Wednesday: Opens at 16:10pm Tuesday, closes at 16:00pm Wednesday
• Thursday: Opens at 16:10pm Wednesday, closes at 16:00pm Thursday
• Friday: Opens at 16:10pm Thursday, closes at 16:00pm Friday
Please note that between Monday 2nd December and Friday 6th December inclusive, each Round will consist of three Draws at 11:00am, 14:00pm & 17:00pm.
Entry to these Rounds will open and close as follows:
• Monday 2nd December: Opens at 16.10pm Friday 29th November, closes at 16.00pm Monday 2nd December
• Tuesday 3rd December: Opens at 16:10pm Monday 2nd December, closes at 16:00pm Tuesday 3rd December
• Wednesday 4th December: Opens at 16:10pm Tuesday 3rd December, closes at 16:00pm Wednesday 4th December
• Thursday 5th December: Opens at 16:10pm Wednesday 4th December, closes at 16:00pm Thursday 5th December
• Friday 6th December: Opens at 16:10pm Thursday 5th December, closes at 16:00pm Friday 6th December
The scheduled final Draw of the competition will take place on Tuesday 24th December at 7:45am, unless the Top Prize has already been won before this Draw and thereby ending the competition.
If an entry is received after the closing time for a daily Round (but before the End Date), unless you receive a text message advising your entry has been unsuccessful (in which case you may still be charged), your entry will be valid for the following Round. For the avoidance of doubt, any entries received before or after the End Date (as stated above) will be invalid but you may still be charged.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
You can enter a maximum of 6 times via SMS (including free entries) and a maximum of 6 times online for free for each Round of the Competition. Entrants must obtain permission from the bill payer before texting to enter the Competition.
Entries will reset after the conclusion of each Round (i.e. at 16:00pm each weekday), meaning Entrants will be required to enter again for any future Draws or Rounds of the Competition.
The Competition is only open to people aged 18 and over who: (i) live in the United Kingdom, (ii) are not one of our employees (or living with, or related to, one of our employees) and (iii) are not one the employees of any company associated with the Competition (or living with, or related to, one of the employees).
Entrants are only able to win a single prize throughout the duration of this Competition. There is no limit on the value of a single prize that may be provided to the individual winner of a Competition. However, no person may win more than one prize valued at £500 or more via any of our Competitions in any six (6) month period. A winner may continue to receive SMS messages in relation to the Competition and invitations to enter the Competition. For the avoidance of doubt, a winner should not enter the Competition again if they have already won in the previous six (6) months as they are ineligible to win. If a previous winner is drawn at random in a subsequent competition, or subsequent Round of the same competition, they will be disqualified, and another Entrant will be drawn at random. If it emerges after a winner has been awarded a Prize that they are a previous winner, in breach of these terms and conditions, they will be excluded and the Prize shall not be paid to them. If the Prize has already been paid, this must be returned immediately upon request.

If your message does not start with the valid keyword(s), or is not sent to the valid shortcode, it will not be entered in to the draw. You will receive an automated SMS response to your SMS message confirming your entry. You can also enter online below.
You are responsible for all costs associated with entering this competition. Texts cost £2.00 (from the UK) + standard network rate. You must have permission from the bill payer before sending. Online entry is free.
We reserve the right to run bonus SMS entry incentives throughout the duration of the Competition. These incentives will be communicated via the automated SMS response received to confirm your entry.

ITEM 10: PRIZE DETAILS
00.000.One Entrant will win the Top Prize of £100,000 cash. There will be up to 100 prizes given away, including the Top Prize. These prizes will consist of cash and Nectar points. Cash prizes will vary between £1,000 and £100,000. Nectar points will vary between 100,000 and 500,000.
Cash prizes will be paid to a winner in cash, by bank transfer or by cheque.
Nectar Loyalty Ltd. will supply prizes of Nectar points to a winning Entrant’s existing Nectar account. In an instance where a winning Entrant does not have a Nectar account, they will be asked to create a Nectar account and agree to the Nectar terms ((https://www.nectar.com/start/enter-email))) in order to deliver the Prize.
An Entrant who wins Nectar points during the Competition, will receive a one use confidential code from Magic to redeem their prize. This code is only to be redeemed on a Nectar account owned by a winning Entrant. Nectar and Magic reserves the right to void the Prize where it becomes apparent that an Entrant has broken this agreement. An Entrant who wins Nectar points is required to redeem their unique code within 16 days.

as long as you have entered before 7.45 am you will be in all 3 draws for that day0 -
After today's second draw about 20 minutes ago I heard the presenter mention something about bonus entries today (similar to Cash Register today). It allowed me 3 more entries for the 4pm draw later before it stopped me. I had done my original 6 late last night0
