I want decent jeans!

Gap ones are perfect - their size 4 must have been made to measure for me in my sleep - but too expensive unless theres a sale on. Where else can you get decent jeans cheap but not nasty, and to fit a size 8 (uk) !!!!!! with a 32" inside leg? Poundstretchers jeans make me look like the poor kid at school - the 'trousers flapping around above your ankles' look is not one to go with;)

    Hi Sarah,

    Have you tried M&S?

I am also size 8 and require longer leg trousers, I find these suit me perfectly.

    Sarah,

It's also worth having a look in Tesco as (certainly in their larger stores) they sell longer trouser lengths.

Primark used to have 31-32" inside leg as standard (which is why I stopped buying them!), not sure if they go down to a size 8.
    Wish I had your problem...
    Dumpy Ka7e....size 16, 29" inside leg...sob.

I'm a 34" inside leg and I always get mine from Next, particularly as they do XL sizes now! Its worth noting that their sale is coming up at the end of July if you can wait until then!

34" inside leg....that's not on, they'd come up to my armpits.....

not having long legs, but being a petite 6/8 (although in gap I seem to fit their 0/2/4 sizes....) I would recommend trying on lots of different pairs in shops, it's very tedious but I can find wonderful jeans in Next alongside ones, that in the same size I could fit my twin (if I had one) in the jeans with me....

If you like the Gap ones, I'd recommend watching out for when they are on sale and bagging a few pairs. Their sales come round quite often :)

I did spend the first 20 years of my life in 'ankle swingers' looking like Wurzel Gummidge until retailers cottoned on the fact that people come in different lengths!!!!

Gap have a constant Sale, and also if you buy something at full price, keep the receipt, cos if you spot that item later in the sale, they will refund the difference!
