Lift mortgage
Hi
I was hoping somebody on here had bought a house with lift(low income scheme) in Scotland.
I want to buy them out before house prices get any higher in Edinburgh.
What was your costs?
Did you add the amount borrowed to your mortgage?
I borrowed £44,000 (regrettable now) I think they will get back between £52,000-£56,000.
Any advise would be grateful from people who’ve done this.
