Loan options

Hi guys I'm new here and needing a bit of advice regarding a loan.
I am in the process of a divorce and at the point of making an offer to my ex husband to buy him out of the house.
I am planning on selling my house and moving next spring and want to pay the loan off at that point.
Will be moving in with my mum for 6months to get myself sorted then look to buy again.
So I want to know the best loan options which will give me the money now but that I can pay back in say 6months without a ton of interest already added on.
Plus the safest way to know that I can secure the loan and its guaranteed without affecting my credit rating as at this point he may reject the offer and I may need to sell the house sooner rather than later.

You won't find a loan with deferred payments.
The tonnage of the interest will depend on the rate, which will be determined by your risk. Try an eligibility checker to see what you might get, but ensure you can make the repayments until you sell the house.0 -
Hi there sorry no I dont mean a deferred payment. I will make the monthly payments I mean a loan where the interest is reduced if I pay it off quickly if that makes sense0

The interest isn't reduced if you pay it early - you will just pay the interest for the time you have the debt, plus up to two months interest early settlement.0

If you want your share of the equity out of the property now then I doubt you will get it, but what you can do is apply for a couple of credit cards with money transfer option with a low rate interest.
What you need the money for?0
