As an update: I decided to go down the route of an IVA so as to get all my debt int one manageable sum and not risk the loss of the family home.

 I kept to the payment plan and managed to settle the IVA 1 year early. I recently received my certificate of completion and am just awaiting the credit file to show this.
 I am now in a good position in life and looking forward to taking life easy as I progress towards my mid 50's, credit and debt free.

Hi @_BOSS_ I’m not sure you will see this, but did the IVA get approved by FC and did it effectively write off your PG? I’m so glad you’re sorted. My business is struggling, got a big loan with FC- have paid 2 years worth but still another 4 years to go 😭 Just looking at options! Trying to stay positive. All the best!
