Not sure if this is within your budget, but how about either of these two:

They both are available in Norfolk and they even throw in a glass of champers...
Hope it helps...good luck

We bought a voucher (valid for 12 months) for my son's birthday and it took him almost 18 months before he finally managed to get his flight. He was limited to flying at weekends only (we paid extra for his voucher to reflect this) but the weather was unsuitable for flying on so many occasions when he booked that we got very concerned that he would never manage to get his flight. The company we bought the voucher from extended the use by date by 10 days for each booking that was cancelled due to bad weather but the flying season was only from about May - October so anything booked outside of this time was not counted towards the extended end date, we hadn't realised this at the time of booking. Just make sure you know what the company offers if you don't get your flight on the day you want. It is usually cheaper to fly during the week or weekend mornings.
Despite saying all this, it is a most exhilarating experience and worth every penny. Hope you enjoy it.0
