CCJ on credit file post BR - help!

Hi all
I am in the process of opening a business account and they have come back (after their searches) enquiring into a CCJ on my file-asking whether this has been settled, was it part of the BR etc?
It was part of my BR but on my file it doesn’t list it as satisfied-although clearly pre-dating the BR-
I am not sure how i can demonstrate this was included as they are asking for documentary evidence, also would like to get it marked as satisfied on my file, for obvious reasons
Help!

obviously no-one biting here!!
any takers? i really need to know if i need to be getting my CCJ marked as satisfied on my credit file (due to bankruptcy) or is this just not possible, i.e it just drops off after 6 years whatever0 -
As far as I am aware a CCJ can only be marked fully satisfied if it is paid in full. I don't think there is a way of marking a CCJ as partially satisfied. If the CCJ was included in your bankruptcy, although you no longer owe the money, the CCJ will not be marked as satisfied.
It will fall off your credit history after 6 years.0 -
Thanks Gardener
i have just been notified by Barclays that the business account has been opened (i didn’t send them anything re the CCJ being included in the BR) so either they figured out it had to be, due to the dates in question- or they saw it included on public record-anyway i am pleased the matter has resolved itself!0
