I am waiting on 2 Ppi payouts from egg. From a loan and a credit card. Both successful claims but after a letter stating the cheques would arrive in 20 working days nothing has appeared. Is it a scam? The company helping me with the claim is JPS Financial but they have no power to investigate as it has to come from me. Bizarre. Will these cheques appear or is it a hoax. Please advise.
