Currently going through the application process and they have asked for my proof of address for 2017/2018.
Sadly, I moved in 2017 with my now ex, the property was hers and all bills were in her name. So I cant provide anything in terms of utility bills.
My bank is refusing to provide any kind of evidence to say they had the address on file since 2017.
I have no other ideas on what I can do.
Can anyone assist with any other suggestions?

Ask for a duplicate of the statement from 2017. All banks will provide that.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
