Hi All
I have been having serious  trouble with Mercer,found them totally incompetent when asked them for figures last August for a final salary pension that was due this week,took them to mid December to eventually reply after phoning,emailing and getting a professional Financial adviser to contact them total of 21 times. Answer always was that they were still working on figures ,passed to actuary but have come back with queries etc etc.
Anyway, pension was due on my birthday 12th February just past ,contacted them again yesterday was told they dont have a final date for my payment,does anybody know when a company is supposed to pay out on a final salary pension when fulfilled age is attained? would appreciate any advice.

You have already contacted Mercers on multiple occasions.
