I have been using it for about 4 yrs now. I do limit what they collect with a work mobile MDM solution we have. I also limit on how often the VPN is running on my phone. But havent had issues with them requesting access to my apps. For me it only records the amount of phone calls, sms or MBs i use.

what is onepulse and is it any good?

Yes it's good. It's a smartphone app that sends you notifications for very short paid surveys ('pulses'). You get up to three or four surveys a day and they usually take less than 30 seconds to complete. You need to answer as soon as the notification comes through as they fill up really quickly. There are also lots of unpaid pulses on the app. To start with you only earn 7 cents for each pulse, but the more free and paid pulses you complete, the higher you get through the levels and the more you earn for each paid survey. I'm on 37 cents now.

The only downside is that they recently raised the minimum cash out balance from $5 to $20, so it does take ages now to reach that.

Survey website. I don't use it myself as I use other survey sites usually but it is popular.
My most used ones are InstaGc, Valued Opinions, Crowdology, Attapoll (mobile app)

#80 reporting in with a good month. I have raised £425.12 this month:
    All bank interest £2.53
    swagbucks paypal £10.00
Electricity sold to the grid £110.00
    Roadkill £0.06
Sales of stuff all ways £234.16
Refund from car insurance cancellation £68.37
So I now have made/saved £3065.69/£2020 this year.
I am looking forward to nxt years challenge as I expect to beat it.
would you say solar panels are worth it? considering what you sell to the grid and i assume you dont actually have to oay for electricity anymore?

also what has been your biggest money maker towards this years challenge?
Hi AlexJ88. Its a good few questions that I haven't considered so here goes.
    First - making saving money.
The best has got to be refunds which I have chased and made sure every penny I could get back from holidays, events and insurances have come my way.
Saving the payment holidays from water and council tax.
The best and easiest has been selling on various sites. I can earn much more per hour than filling in surveys and wasting energy.
I have good systems to make sure I get the best offers for my sales and pay as little as possible in fees.
Last year I earned stamps doing the postal survey. This year it has meant I can offer free postage. The postal survey took minimal time I hate the way Flebay charges a percentage of your postage and then so does Ppal.
It takes organisation and a spreadsheet and a real understanding of the postage system as I use the post office. My local office is great and doesn't grumble when I have applied stamps and just want a proof of posting. I challenge the PO if they try to charge me more than I should be paying. That has saved me about a fiver in the last month.
Really I am proud of every penny from refunds to the penny found in the road, esp at the moment.
I do work at it and every day I look at the spreadsheet and also look around me for what I can earn from. Saying that, there are whole months when energy levels are low and so I do a lot less.
Next year I retire at 55 and will have paid off my mortgage without dipping into the lump sum I get from work.
    Second - Solar panels
The solar panels are well worth it in my eyes. They may not pay for themselves for ten years but since DH has been working from home, DD on her computer every day during lockdown and me doing my thing, all for free, at least in the day. All the clothes washing, dishwasher, bread bakeing and slowcooking also gets done in the day so virtually no costs. We don't have a battery yet but I will add that to the system next year for storage. The thing is I wanted a sure supply as in myarea power cuts have become more frequent. As an environmentallist I feel satisfied that I am reducing my carbon footprint. Peace of mind is priceless. earning money from them is just a pleasant surprise.
I hope that answers your question.
