Whats Bank reward? I see people post this alot at different values, and how do ppl get such high interest mionthly?

AlexJ88 I have a bank account with Halifax and it pays a monthly reward payment instead of interest. This month's bank interest included an annual interest payment on a savings account I only add these when I get the payment.
