Hi guys. I posted my first few replies/threads last week so I want to keep it up as it seems to help.
I HAVE MANAGED A NO SPEND WEEKEND!!! Not one penny! No shopping, no spending, nothing! And it wasn't actually that bad! In fact the best bit was the lack of the guilt associated with spending when I'm in debt, that stress was just not there.
Debt free wannabe things I have done:
Stayed at home Saturday and put another load of stuff on Ebay - one of which sold instantly! Had dinnner at my parents - free, washed my own car - free, walked into town - free and hired a DVD with one of my Tesco Clubcard vouchers - free. So with the Ebay spend I'm actually in profit!
I'm not trying to be smug here but it helps to share these little successes to make sure I carry on! LizT x:T

Well done on the NS weekend. Doesn't it make you feel that you are in control rather than your money being in control of you!
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

That's terrific:j well done you, I am trying to replace the "buzz" of the shopping spree with the contented feel of debts slowly coming under control instead, I'm not quite there yet, but its coming.
Many congrats & feel free to gloat on.
