    Every branch I've known has seemed content to run out of stock - on the "when it's gone, it's gone" basis.

    And I would have thought the till prices are set nationally rather than being over-written by the local shop.

    My local Lidl was heaving on Saturday, £10 off £40 spend.
    No Chorizo when I got there, but piles of toilet paper.
    Cheap chicken (£1.45kg) and cheese next weekend.

    Got 5 packs of the bin liners, used them before and they are a great size and excellent quality. Wasn't interested in the other offers. Did get a family pack of chicken breasts which had about 20p off the usual price!
