A Few Questions Before I Press Submit

Hi Guys long time lurker
I am about to the jump of faith, after putting my head in the sand, I am going to do what I should have done awhile ago.
But i have a few questions, around the online form, on the income and expenses section. Firstly on your salary section the overtime, do you have to declare overtime only which is guaranteed, because my payslips will show overtime, but it very on and off in the business i do, also the amount i have done recently isn't feasible, I have made myself ill with the amount i have done.
Also the expenses section it asked around household expenses, should you declare the full amount or what you contribute, for example I live with my parents, so should I declare what the council tax bill is, or what i contribution to it is, it is unclear on the form.
I am guessing it is my contribution, but i would like to get it right before i take the jump, i am aware i will most certainly have a IPA, but it will be better than using credit lines for everyday spending due to high repayments.
Thanks in advance

Only put your basic salary in an explain why your payslips show an increased income at your interview. Explain that you have been doing to the overtime to pay your debts, but it's killing you so you have had to declare bankruptcy rather than continue doing it. They can only work out an IPA on your guaranteed income.
You only put your contribution to the council tax bill down.
