Boots mis-price (Little boy's PJs)

Bought some Mini Essentials PJs for my little one today, they were originally £7, and had a special offer sticker on for £4. After I checked my receipt they had scanned through at 40p, bargain!
They were size 2-3.
They are in packs of two mix'n'match types with "mini racer" logos on the tops. Needless to say, I went back in and bought the other pairs that were left, so there were none left in Prescot ... Hopefully it is across all the stores.

Just went down to Broughton to check out these PJ's. Found them reduced from £7 to £5 (not £4). Took them to the till anyway and they did scan at £5 so no further reductions. I'll probably hang on to them anyway as they still look quite good value at £5. As I have hammered Boots with Little me, Oral B toothbrushes etc I don't feel to hard done by and it is probably good to have 1 or 2 transactions on my account that look normal?
Anyone other than the OP had any success with these PJ's?0 -
Thanks will go and take a lookNo one puts baby in the corner.0

Didn't work for me either. The only size left was 3-4 years (or was it 2-3? can't remember), original price £8, not £7. Did a price check and they were reduced to £5.50. Wonder if it's only certain sizes that it works on?

Sorry for the late reply all, been one of those days
Anyway, the PJs I got for 40p were in size 2-3. They had other sizes at different prices but I didn't try them ...
Sorry I never thought to include the size in my original post
