Sorry if this has been asked before - does anyone know of a mortgage calculator that calculates how much quicker my mortgage will be repaid if I over pay each month?

An easy one to use is Egg's calculator.
Click here
It allows regular overpayments or lump sums or offsets. I find it quite an interesting tool.
If you need something more sophisticated, let us know

Thanks for the calculators. But is there one that allows for offsets and show how much I have paid off at the end of each year. So I know how much interest and how much paid off the capital.
As I am very challenged when it comes to maths.
A spreadsheet will do.
