Hello there,
I have lost a bit of weight recently as a result of being on a bit of a health plan.
Does anyone have any useful resources with regards to facial yoga they'd be happy to share?
I don't want to pay for a subscription or anything as I am on a tight budget right now (Christmas and mortgage free plan) but would welcome guidance/exercises top tips etc
