Very Catalogue/NCO resolve

Hi, I started my DMP in January 2015 after making nominal payments towards the end of 2014,
My accounts defaulted apart from 2. Next and Very Catalogue.
I think i have screwed up NEXT as they held the account for a year and then started adding interest and told me that they would no longer support me and I was to start making payments again so I wouldn't default. I think I forgot to come back here and check as I am now just paying them the normal amount and the account is now back to 'normal', so I guess my bad marker will sit on there now for the next 6 years :-(
The Very debt (now with NCO resolve) only has £159 left on it, so I was going to ask for a F&F settlement on it, but it hasn't defaulted. when I asked them about it they said that I have never missed a payment and it hasn't defaulted. I tried to call VERY but they had me on hold for half an hour so I gave up. Can I ask for a default to be added? I have lots of letters from 'Shop direct finance company ltd) Very giving me notice of sums in arrears under the consumer credit act 1974 but they sold it on before defaulting me.
What can I do?

Have you checked your credit report? If Very (shopdirect) have sold it then they will not be reporting and I am not aware that NCO report to the credit reference agencies.
Very may have marked it settled when they sold it meaning it drops off 6 years later with no detriment at all.0 -
Yes its showing on my credit report. It says its up to date, but for each month its marked as being under a debt management company.
This will stay on for another 6 years after settlement wont it?0 -
Is it showing as a debt to Shop Direct or NCO or someone else?0

It sits under ‘other accounts’ under NCO, on my noddle account.0

It must have been defaulted in order to be sold to NCO. Ask them to record the default date.
No record of the Very account on any of the three CRAs?
The others have free services via mse credit club and clearscore0
