2 partners living together applying for separate loans

Options
We live together and have a mortgage together. Can we apply for 2 separate personal loans with our banks, or would one of us likely to be rejected?
We had mortgage for 5 years and both have a credit score of 999 (experian)
We woud like to use this funds to invest in property abroad, but before we apply, I need to know if we are treated as seperate, or whole, as we need to pay non-refundable deposit. I can't find any information online, so would be greatful for any advice and links,

Impossible to say. It depends on your credit histories and circumstances, which is very different from the pretend credit scores.

Remember that if you are financially associated, your histories can also impact the other.

Buying property, especially abroad, is unlikely to be accepted as an acceptable purpose by most lenders.
