Seems like the supporters of a large rapid fall in house prices have now given up and have turned there hopes to an inflationary drop over the next few decades :rotfl:
Now at last there might be a little truth to this and their new scenario, but after 20 years of waiting and having to wait another 20 years plus, was it really worth i? it. And the odds anyways are on prices rising within the next several years, what a waste of life

It just seems like a site for people who really don't want to buy and are looking for reassuring excuses not to.
Don't buy - you'll only end up with a partner who only wants you for your house (and best hide your non-existent deposit too).
Don't buy - you're an investment genius and you'll make a fortune making the fantasy deposit sweat. Think about the opportunity cost if you went and bought a house.
Don't buy - just look at today's newspaper headlines - they're going to cause house prices to crash.0
