Indesit or Hotpoint washing machine?

I'm trying to decide on a new washing machine, and my antique Hoover Electron has finally packed up beyond repair. I've narrowed it down to about 3 models....
Indesit WIR 157
£258.99 inc vat & delivery (https://www.coopelectricalshop.co.uk/products/ProductDetail.asp?ProductCode=IND-WSH-WIE157S-S&source=PRICER)
Hotpoint WF645A
£328.00 inc vat & delivery (https://www.tribaluk.com/detail.php?ProdID=09405008)
Samsung B1415JS
£339 inc vat & delivery (https://www.callde.co.uk/samsung_b1415js_washing_machine.htm)
All the above are similar in features, but the Indesit one is a hell of a lot cheaper. Has anyone had experience with an Indesit washer.. are they noisey? I couldn't seem to find any info about their noise level output on indesit.co.uk
Or if anyone wants to recommend a better model, please do. My criteria is:
Colour: silver/aluminum
Speed: 1100 or faster
Digital display for time remaining
AAA performance (or AAB.. something pretty good)
Price: under £350
Thanks guys

I have a Zanussi, it's the second one I've owned and I would never buy another make. There are 5 people in my family and it's on at least once a day. I've owned it two years now and I've never had a single problem with it and it's well within your budget.

Washing machines
If link does not work (this is members' area), briefly:
Most of best-buys are above £500. Two models are just a little above your price range: Bosch WFO 2467 and Tricity Bendix AW1260
I don't have any of them0 -
I had an indesit for years with absolutely no problems with it. I upgraded to a hotpoint which ive had for a year and both are good buys not sure though if this helps.0

There are two companies whoich own most of the major brands.
Indesit who also own Ariston, and Hotpoint.
Electrolux who also own AEG, Parkinson-Cowan, Tricity Bendix, and Zanussi.
Most of these products will be manufactured in an Eastern European country, with a warranty/price tag that their brand will be able to get away with. It all boils down to personal choice of budget, and fit for purpose I'm afraid0 -
Hi,
I've had the Hotpoint WF840P for 5 months or so and it is 'super silent', looks great
loads of features (my wife has nearly used a third of them!) got a 'dash board' that could light up the street. 1400 spin, AAA rated, 6kg wash capacity etc.
I bought mine from electricshop.com for £299.99 (Dixons or Curry's were selling for £450.00 at the time!) delivered but now they are selling the WF860P (1600 spin) for £295.99, dont no if you can buy it cheaper anyware else.
Good delivery & communications from electricshop.com would recommend them, although not always cheapest!

these guys below are selling the WF840 in graphite for £259.70 ('bout half way the stupid long page!)

Hope i've been of some help
P.S The hotpoint is sooooooo quiet.....shhhhhh

I have always bought Bosch and been extremely pleased with them. Worth paying the extra in my opinion. Currently have a 2 yr old top of the range Bosch for sale due to new kitchen. It's replacement was a Bosch but needed to be 'fitted'.Middlers0

Thanks for the infos guys. But I think I've gone against everyones advice and just ordered a Hotpoint WF865... £100 more expensive than the one below it... just because its alminium colour. I just cant stand white (yawn), graphite (yik), or silver (plasticcy, yuk).I hear the cry of the silence around me.0

Thought our 19-yrs. old (yes, really!) Zanussi was on the way out last weekend, and so had been looking for similar advice to that given here. However, last night I removed all the gunge from the wee drawer (bottom front right), and it seems to be OK for now.
Not sure how much longer it will last, so in the meantime, I'd singled out the
Hotpoint 840G (graphite ... yeeesss!!) as a "best buy" from this site :-

Thing is, on some other forum, I got some bad vibes about the whole Hotpoint brand, so it's good to read here that there are others who have bought/are buying similar machines to the one I'm looking at.
Bit too close to the summer hols. for my liking - hopefully, it can wait!!
Cheers,

This month in Which there was a review of washing machines as well as the other common white goods for the house. According to their results hotpoint have below average realiability. Also note that even if you've had a machine for years, that same brand of machine today could be much better or much worse than you one you've had in the past. It's always best to do some current research. I would recommend BOSCH, they are a best buy with Which and I've owned one for a couple of years and it's great.Sense is not common.0
