Schedule of Loss

Yes I read that too but isn't the SoL a list of our "true loss" due to the dismissal and then depending on the outcome the Tribunal will put a cap if it does exceed the 52 wks?
Does anyone know how the Loss of pension is calculated please? Is it not the total pension p/a divided by the no of months/wks?
A good SoL would show your true loss, and then would show application of the cap on a separate line.
The purpose of the SoL is to clearly show to the Tribunal and the Defendant exactly what figure you are claiming and why.
I would have thought your loss of pension entitlement is whatever your entitlement is under your employment contract - so if the employer paid into your pension monthly and you are claiming for 3 months, I would have thought your loss is 3 x the monthly contributions.0 -
Thank you, that makes sense.
Re Pension that's what I thought too however there is a different calculation applied on here.

You will expected to show that you have been seeking employment and though the tribunal will work it, they will also expect you to have a detailed schedule of loss. I found one that was really helpful but I can't post links.
It showed lost earnings with typical explanation. Goodluck
If you are representing yourself, best you visit 2 or 3 hearings to see how it works there. Don't just show up on day 1
