Need help with application to pay national insurance contributions abroad

I am currently filling in the application to pay national insurance contributions abroad and I need help with a question.



The question on the form reads "What date did you last pay national insurance contributions?"


How do I find out when this was?

Maybe it is worth checking your old payslips as to when the last time you paid?

Look up the check your state pension web page - it will show you the year you last paid

I can see the year I last paid it on the check your state pension web page. But the question wants a year, month and day (yyyy/mm/dd) answer.
