Dream 2 Reality: Lets Go

Hi all
Long time lurker, first time poster.
Be kind.
I work in a supermarket. I work online Swagbucks, instagc, ysense.
I have two young kids, and £1k on a credit card.
My dream. Leave the supermarket. Get a higher paid job, so I no longer need to work with swagbucks etc.
Issue. I am working 36hrs a week in the supermarket and 3hrs a day on swagbucks and instagc.
Leaves little time to retrain.
How can I break the cycle? Attack the credit card, reduce debt.
Thoughts and advice welcome.
