Bank Charges

Hello everyone,

just been having a paperwork sort out, and came across the letters i have sent asking for bank charges to be returned, 3 banks and they all say things are on hold, waiting for the test case.

does anyone know when this will be or whats happening.

i dont know what it is...but i got a letter from nationwide tellin me about this..but i just wrote back asking them for a full refund lol

how did you get on with your request, one of my letters is from nationwide,

i wrote to them asking for statement of all bank charges they had charged me..You have to send £10 to get this. I sent it recorded. I heard back within a week and they had also sent there letter to me recorded. They included my statement..but onyl for 1 year so make sure you state that you want statements since opening your account or up to 6yrs ago. I have had to write back to ask them to re send all statment for 6yrs ago. Im awaiting there reply. hope that helps..also remember always send recorded..as they will end up saying they never got it. I also rang capital one up and asked for statments and they are sendin them within 20days free of charge. I also wrote a letter and they replied they had cut my charge for late payment from 20pound to 12 pound hich isnt bad but they also said they had refunded me 40pound which i find cheeky in a way i want it all back.
