    Oh righty.

Just over 4 weeks till I saw sight of a contract and had it confirmed I was on an alleged zero-hours so I don't think your gibberish makes a jolt of difference.

I start a week Monday and the employer asked for no one to apply with more than 2 weeks notice to be served.

You were given the contract that said Zero hours back in July.

    No noticed required.

Even contract said there is notice that can be ignored as you have the right to work elsewhere on Zero hours and can just turn down offer of work that clash.

That fitted the application criteria of be available in 2 weeks or less.

    No need to resign.

If the references don't come through you could have shot yourself in the foot again.

You are calling someone else out for gibberish? Nothing you ever write is anything but gibberish. Despite your habit of turning rather nasty, people tried to cut through the mountain of gibberish you typed to help you out, and there you go again being a nasty piece of work. And you wonder why it is that you get such a negative reaction so often...Perhaps, just perhaps, you will take the advice of Davy Jones II seriously. Your posting history is littered with problems you have had with your employer, problems you have had with people on here, and so on. You appear to have had more jobs than most of us put together. When it is always you in the centre of the storm, it's a good idea to take a serious look at yourself. You stream gibberish as though it is getting out of fashion, are pretty nasty to people, constantly make problems out of nothing, and take to quitting / hitting out at the least perceived slight. If you are like that at work, and what you have posted on these boards suggest you are, that is why you can't last at any employment. It has been suggested before, I know, but you also reacted badly to that - you appear to need help and you really ought to see your doctor if this is how you manage life. You can't possibly be happy if the way you act here is anything to go by.

But it does make it understandable. When you've been the target of the OP's behaviour more than once, you'll probably be tempted too. Saints don't have that much patience. The OP is regularly insulting to people on this board, and the last occurrence of it was no more than 48 hours ago. That's if you don't count the ones on this thread!

Sadly there doesn't seem to be any way to block posts from individual members of the board.

Add them to your ignore list - using the old UI at least, Quick Links from the menu bar -> User Control Panel -> Edit Ignore List

It's in your settings, I've done it with a few.
