Apologies another PPI Question??
I have tried to get the answer from other posts but still am unsure what to do next. I obtained a loan in 2006 with GE arranged through Freedom Finance. The loan was settled after about 6 monthsand was taken out over 10 years. When the loan was settled i discovered the ppi only covered 5 years, i settled the loan and received about £1500 back after being charged nearly £5900.
I sent the standrs letter to GE and they have replyed saying as they did not arrange the PPI it was not their responsiblity and to contact freedom finance.
Is this my next step, should i use the template letter and approach Freedom finance next?
apologies if this has been asked and answered!!
