Are you saying that they say it was missold but are not paying anything?
In cases where a firm investigates a complaint but finds that no redress is payable as you are better off because of it, they will often uphold the complaint rather than reject it because it avoids the FOS charge if you were to refer it to the FOS.
Have you actually made a complaint and had their written reply or have you only spoken to their telephone line and had someone just accept what you say but not actually look into it?0
