Anyone with a Santander mortage how did you find the process? Also out of curiosity did you get any free gifts or promotional/marketing items ie keyring, trolley token etc?

We went through them for a remortgage, process was fine only hold up was the fact we were 2 years into our right to buy and there was still a charge on the property. We got £250 cashback

I can't remember with mine, i signed up for 5 years which is up next year so now waiting to see how the remortgage works re signing up to another 5 years, not sure if they automatically send me a list of options via online backing, letter in post or if i need to call them etc..
