Options
I have osteoporosis and have no ridge so my bottom denture stays in by willpower and determination on my part. I have had a soft lining put in recently and just hate it. Firstly the taste yuk like a rubbery taste and also not being able to soak in steradent I can't get them clean enough to please me. I was told to clean them with liquid soap and a soft cloth but they have turned brown. Any ideas please help.

Was the liquid soap a chlorhexidine containing hand wash? Chlorhexidine can stain things brown.

I would have recommended just a soft nail brush and bar soap. Just check on the chlorhexidine content, and switch to something without it if that is an ingredient. If not - I'm not sure what it might be, but have a word with your own dentist (who can see it) for guidance.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.
