Do we know if the postals from the Express can go AIOE? The ones that go to the same address (same PO Box too)

There has been no definitive answer for the Express competitions, their terms don't specify if entries are accepted AIOE. I've tried contacting them, but had no response.Love all, trust a few. Do wrong to none.

On the express comps it says to send in a sealed envelope. Do I put details seperately inside? Do they not accept postcards anymore? Sorry for the stupid questions. Just been a while since I have done any postals0
