Selecting new pillow and return policies

I'm after a new pillow and common trend is if you buy one you cant return it back which is understandable. The one i have seen is pretty expensive so i want to ensure i have it correct first time if possible.
I'm interested in an iGel (back and side sleeper). Has anyone purchased this? If yes what were your thoughts?
I hear, the "break in" period is almost 10 days before you would start feeling comfortable with it, which to me seemed like a long period but i'm not sure how correct is this?
