    I find it hard to believe that when you were given the lease car, there was no paperwork involved: who's allowed to drive it, what your responsibilities are, servicing requirements, what state the car must be in on return and what will happen if it's not. There will be something in there about parking tickets and speeding fines, and the fact that there's a charge for passing them on. If you didn't want to pay it, the time to say so was when you were given the car, and you could have declined the offer.
