Shoppix App login issues

looking for help, I have been using shoppix and receipt hog for a while now with no problems
But the shoppix app has logged me out and now I keep getting wrong email,password
even tho I know its the right one
when trying to log in it says first time using Facebook to change the settings within the app , and again I have used Facebook login numerous times before
I have over £20 to cashout so really want to get in an get payout
I have emailed help@shoppixapp.com last week , but no repsonse
can't find any other contact details

Delete the app , reinstall , try loginEx forum ambassador

Tried that still no joy
even using forget password says my email does not exist ( only have a few and tried them all )
i just need to figure out how to contact them0 -
Unfortunately situation am experiencing the same thing my Facebook and AOL email all of a sudden are not linked so it's created a new login for Facebook as for my original Aol login it has £20 plus in it and can't login as it says I need to click on the confirmation email but mine expired so no way of getting another confirmation email sent to me. That's all I need to login I contacted them 100 times still no one can help me. Don't wanna loose what I put so much effort into.0

I’m having problems with my login and altho I have contacted Shoppix via email 3 times and via Facebook and all I get back is an automated reply saying someone will be in touch but it’s been weeks now and still nothing from them. I have logged in via email and via Facebook but now it doesn’t recognise either even when using the forgot password option. Strangely the logins are saved in my phone with my finger print and have never changed. I have over £60 in my account and getting really fed up with it now. My phone still receives notifications from the app but as soon as I click on it it asks me to log in and then says my logins are wrong!0
